Ongoing support for Ukraine's medical infrastructure from PrivatBank and its clients

Against the backdrop of daily terrorist shelling, donations are truly of urgent importance and possess life-saving power. Thanks to the daily donations from PrivatBank clients and the bank's own doubling of these contributions, three key hospitals in Zaporizhzhia and Lviv regions received medical equipment totaling over 3.2 million UAH. 

This is another project to equip hospitals within the framework of the charitable program "Urgent Donation: Aid to Hospitals and Medical Institutions of Ukraine." This time, the PrivatBank Charity Fund donated two modern ultrasound diagnostic systems, two innovative devices for the quick and comfortable treatment of complex wounds for the patient, as well as surgical equipment. These resources will significantly accelerate the diagnosis and recovery of patients, especially those admitted to hospitals with severe injuries. 

“Unfortunately, the shelling of our cities continues. Key hospitals in Ukraine are centers where medical aid is primarily provided after terrorist attacks on the civilian population. The number of patients and the complexity of cases require an increase in the quantity and quality of medical equipment. Therefore, our own permanent charitable program 'Urgent Donation' is an opportunity to help save lives and support doctors who tirelessly provide emergency care," commented Olesia Zhulynska, Head of Public Relations and Communications. 

Since the beginning of the year, within the framework of the 'Urgent Donation' program, 8 institutions have already received aid for a total amount of 12.8 million UAH.
