History

PrivatBank Charitable Foundation “Helping is Easy!” was established in 2011 at the request of customers who were looking for a way to make charitable donations simply and reliably. Over more than 10 years of activity, the Foundation has mastered more than 300 million UAH, and more than 5 million clients have become patrons. PrivatBank and its partners often join charitable campaigns and make significant contributions.

Main activities of the Foundation were financial support to seriously ill children and orphanages for a long period of time. The Foundation organized emergency fundraising programs aiming to provide support in case of disasters or natural disasters.

In 2014, when the war started in the east of Ukraine, a special program was created to support the Armed Forces and the wounded in the anti-terrorist operation. With the beginning of the pandemic, we launched the "Breathe! Together against the Coronavirus” program, and this program raised more than 54 million UAH for the purchase of medical ventilators and other medical equipment that saved lives of Ukrainians. PrivatBank donated 29 million UAH.

In 2021, an animal welfare program was launched in response to public demand. However, these programs were discontinued due to the beginning of Russia's military aggression against Ukraine in February 2022. Now, the main focus is to raise funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians.

Millions of Ukrainians trust the Foundation. That is why it has repeatedly received awards for significant support of public needs in competitions.
