PrivatBank charity projects are the winners of social initiatives contest “Responsible Country 2.0”

We’ve got 2 PrivatBank charity projects which won the Social Initiatives Contest “Responsible Country 2.0”: it’s PrivatBank CF “Helping is easy!”  - won the nomination Corporate Charity Fund,  and the joint partnership project of PrivatBank and Superhumans “Bringing back to life!” winning the nomination “CF-Business Cooperation”.

In the contest organized by the MMR.ua and supported by the DELO.ua, the readership and the jury assessed over 100 cases. The cases represented the best CSR initiatives, demonstrating business involvement in supporting the army and veterans, Ukrainians affected by the war and those who are called to show the way for implementing the inclusive solutions, educational and cultural projects.

As the CF “Helping is easy!” has been honored with this award, it means that it has been recognised as one of the most powerful corporate charitable funds of Ukraine. The founder of the fund is PrivatBank, and the donors are PrivatBank customers and users of the bank services. For over the 12-year functioning, the fund has provided aid for over 800 million hryvnias, and more than 5 million of the bank customers have become donors. The fund’s mission is not only to implement charity projects, but also to develop the culture of charity via its own communication and in cooperation with partner funds, to keep on providing the Ukrainians with ample opportunities for them to be able to  implement their charity initiatives.

No wonder that the joint partnership project of PrivatBank and Superhumans “Bringing Back to Life!” has touched the hearts of the jury, as it is the project where PrivatBank and Superhumans put their efforts together to bring the victims of war both, civilians and defenders,  to their ordinary life. The project’s goal was to raise 50 million hryvnias for prostheses for the Ukrainians who suffered in the war. And just in a few months the money was raised and directed to support the Superhumans Center and its patients. The largest donation - 20 million hryvnias – was made by PrivatBank itself. But the most important thing here is that thousands of Ukrainians participated in the initiative, having made 113 thousand donations.

We are getting things done!
