Over three million hryvnias for children without parental care

Over three million hryvnias for children without parental care: Fundraising results from PrivatBank and doubled donations by Mastercard.

For a month, from November 24 to December 25, the Mastercard company was boosting the charity fundraising program “Our Children”, initiated by PrivatBank and the NGO “Dream of Ukrainian children”: Mastercard automatically doubled every donation made with a PrivatBank card of Mastercard during this month. At the time, the bank customers transferred UAH 2,138,957 to support the program, and along with the doubled donations and the previously raised funds, for today have been raised over UAH 6.5 mn 

The fundraising’s been lasting since September 2023, and intends to raise 20 million hryvnias for extracurricular education for children who are left without parental care due to the war. The raised funds are directed to pay for clubs and circles, courses and classes of those children whose parents happened to be captured, gone missing or died in the war.

Moreover, among those who registered in the promotion and donated more than 500 hryvnias during the past month, was held a raffle for three valuable prizes: lucky donators got a 40 thousand hryvnias certificate for a trip to winter Carpathians, Universal GiftMall certificate for the same amount of money and a laptop Xiaomi Redmi G R5. The charity fundraising “Our Children” is ongoing.
