Chernihiv Hospital Received Medical Equipment for 2 mn from PrivatBank Customers

Chernihiv Regional Clinical Hospital received 7 units of the first-rate modern resuscitation equipment the total amount of which is UAH 2,070,000. The equipment was purchased with funds that PrivatBank customers transferred to the charity program “Assistance to hospitals and medical institutions of Ukraine”. The program is implemented by the PrivatBank Charitable Foundation “Helping Is Easy!”, and this is the 21th medical institution which receives aid in 2023 alone. In total, since June of the last year, when the program was launched until today, thanks to caring Ukrainians we were able to raise over 82 million hryvnias and provide aid to 42 hospitals and medical institutions in Ukraine.

“An artificial lung ventilation device, a defibrillator-monitor, 5 syringe pumps – it sounds like dry medical terms, but beyond them are saved and cured human lives,” said Bohdan Dubenskyi, Head of Northern PrivatBank MRD. “We delivered the equipment which this medical institution needs the most these days, and we thank each donor who joined the fundraising. The strength is in unity. Let’s help save lives together!” 

Andrii Zhydenko, general director of Chernihiv Regional Children’s Clinics adds: “We are grateful to PrivatBank customers and the charitable foundation team for providing us with this high-tech medical equipment, we really need it, because Chernihiv is under constant shelling. Each of these devices has its advantages and can increase the resuscitation and treatment efficiency. In the cases where there are just a few minutes between life and death, such equipment helps doctors save lives. Thank you!”
