Medical institutions have received the necessary medical equipment worth UAH 1.7 million

Under the program “Financial Assistance to Hospitals and Medical Institutions of Ukraine”, implemented by the charitable foundation of PrivatBank, three KRONOS B23 steam sterilizers, two Sprint 100 medical gurneys, two QuickSeal sealing machines for packaging sterilization materials, a Basic reck surgical aspirator, and an expanded set of surgical instruments have been purchased for two medical institutions in the Ternopil region and one in the Khmelnytsk region. The delivery of this modern medical equipment was made possible due to charitable donations from PrivatBank customers in close collaboration with the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and local authorities.

Volodymyr Shkrobot, the CEO of Ternopil Regional Clinical Psychoneurological Hospital, emphasized the importance of close collaboration with charitable foundations. He emphasizes that support and assistance are now invaluable, stating, “Our team is immensely grateful for the support and the equipment that facilitates the work of doctors and helps patients receive quality medical services. For example, the transferred modern functional gurneys with X-ray transparent beds significantly speed up and facilitate the conditions for preoperative diagnosis of urgent patients. Many Ukrainians who have suffered serious injuries as a result of hostilities and require long-term treatment come to us for help”.

The “Financial Assistance to Hospitals and Medical Institutions of Ukraine” program was initiated in June last year, and Ukrainians have already donated over UAH 70 million for medical equipment, medications, and expendable materials for Ukrainian support hospitals in Kramatorsk, Pokrovsk, Kurakhove, Dnipro, Zaporizhia, Kherson, and the Kharkiv region.

The team of the PrivatBank charitable foundation “Helping is Easy!” continues to implement projects aimed at helping millions of Ukrainians who are losing the most valuable things due to the war. Helping is easy, and it becomes even easier when we do it together!
