Aid to the victims in Dnipro

During these hard times our thoughts and sympathies are with those families who became the victims of another war crime committed by Russians. Grief came to our banking family too. When on the 14th of January the enemy rocket hit the residential building in Dnipro, one of the people who tragically died was our colleague.

Dnipro is a special city for PrivatBank. This is our home city. Here is where we all started, here is located our largest office and 5 thousand employees. We would like to support our home city and those people whose lives were ruined by this terrible tragedy.

PrivatBank directs UAH 15 mn of its own funds to help the victims and those who are 24/7 saving lives of people from Dnipro. In particular, this sum of money will cover the purchase of vital medical equipment for Dnipro hospitals which treated an incredibly large number of victims, who suffered on the 14th of January. Another part of funds is given to aid the selfless rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Dnipro region who several days in a row rescued people after that rocket attack.And the part of funds PrivatBank gives to the families of our employees who, unfortunately, became the victims and suffered from this rocket attack.
